The IM608 reads the VIN, Bill picks add smart key, and the tool checks for a registered key and asks for the warning lamps. He holds the new smart key next to the start button and listens for the two beeps that mean it registered. He adds two new keys, checks that the original key still starts the Highlander, then tries the new ones.
